We are taking all the steps necessary to keep you, your dog, and our staff healthy and safe during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

  • Our cleaning and disinfecting protocols have always been strict and thorough, but we added some additional steps to make sure everyone stays healthy.
  • At this time, we are limiting the visitors in the lobby so we have revised drop-off and pick-up procedures. 
  • Please review the videos and written instructions below.
  • Staff will wear face masks for your protection and we request that you will do the same for us.

  1. Park your car
  2. Text 513-503-8220 and tell us you are here, your name and the name of your dog
  3. Wait for a reply
  4. We will text you with instructions when we are ready for you
  1. Pull thru to the cones and wait for the sign to turn green
  2. Bring your dog thru the gate on a leash and close the gate behind you
  3. Let your dog off leash and we will open our gate for him to enter the courtyard
  4. Once our gate is closed, you can open your gate and exit
  5. We will disinfect the gate after you leave to prepare it for the next guest
